I have spent 20+ years working as a veterinary nurse, and animals have always been at the centre of my world. But the experience that led me to naturopathy did not happen in a clinic. It happened in my own life.
I was going through my own fertility journey, and like many people in that situation, I found myself searching for answers beyond what conventional medicine alone could offer. I turned to naturopathy for myself, and it made a genuine difference. Not a small one. The kind of difference that changes how you see things.
That question stayed with me. I had felt the impact of naturopathy in my own body, and I wanted to bring that same thoughtful, whole-picture approach to the animals I had spent my career caring for. If nutrition and natural support could shift things so meaningfully for me, it made complete sense that it could do the same for cats and dogs.
I am currently completing my Advanced Animal Naturopathy qualification through CIVT, the College of Integrative Veterinary Therapies, one of Australia's most respected institutions for integrative animal health training. Combined with 20+ years of hands-on clinical experience, I bring a perspective that is genuinely different. A deep understanding of how conventional veterinary medicine works, and a lived belief in what natural support can add to it.
I work exclusively with cats and dogs, and I offer consultations entirely online so no matter where you are in Australia, you can access this kind of support for your pet. Right now I focus on nutrition and raw feeding, two areas where I consistently see remarkable results: brighter coats, better energy, healthier weight, calmer digestion, stronger immune systems. As my CIVT qualification progresses, I will be expanding into full naturopathic consultations and herbal support. But nutrition is where the deepest impact often begins, and it is where we start.
I work alongside your veterinarian, not against them. Nutrition support adds another powerful layer to your pet's care without replacing their conventional treatment. If your pet has a vet, keep seeing them. Good nutrition makes everything else work better.
Two decades in veterinary nursing means I do not just bring naturopathic theory. I bring real clinical context. I understand how animals present, how diagnostic results are interpreted, and how to have meaningful conversations about your pet's health history. This is guidance grounded in reality.
No two cats or dogs are the same. What works brilliantly for one animal can be completely wrong for another. I take the time to thoroughly review your pet's full health history, current diet, environment, and concerns before developing any plan. Your pet is treated as the individual they are.
I do not believe in overwhelming people with complicated protocols that are impossible to maintain. My recommendations are grounded, achievable, and designed for real pet owners with real lives. A plan you can actually follow is worth far more than a perfect one you cannot.
Animals have always been at the centre of my world, in every form they come.
